Every order is Subject to a $1.50 Shipping Fee per Phone or $0.25 Fee Per Sim Card
All sales are Final Unless Proven D.O.A ( Dead On Arrival) , Returns will only be accepted with in 7Days of arrival to the Purchaser (you the Retail Business) and requires authorization to be returned.
To Request a RMA / Return , we must receive a email describing the issue with the phone.
